Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As outlined above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
